Lyne (00:03) Sedation is something that we offer for our anxious patients towards certain treatment. It's a medication that is given intravenously and it just makes the patient really relax, close to sleeping. Not all dental offices offer sedation. The doctor needs special training in order to do so, and Dr. Berbari does have that training. Lyne (00:23) Well, the benefits of having sedation is mainly to just have the patients be at ease with their treatment.
